In 1993 year the founder of “USTA CONSTRUCTION” Qabil Mustafayev Aydin entered to the night part of Finance and Credit department of Azerbaijan State Economic University, at the same time he has begun to work as a worker, promoted up to chief accountant position in Material Technical Supply department of Public Social Construction Trust N2. Qabil Mustafayev improved his professional knowledge on the construction engineering in Trabzon University in Turkey after graduation of Azerbaijan State Economic University.
After gaining a big experience working with famous engineers in Azerbaijan and Turkey, Mr. Qabil decided to found “USTA CONSTRUCTION” Repair- Construction Company in 2013 year.
The company is fulfilled INTERIOR and EXTERIOR design, PROJECTS over on IDEAS, ESTIMATION (Budgeting) on prepared projects, HANDING-OVER of all types of construction projects, CAPITAL and CURRENT repair works.

The founder of “Usta Group LLC” Qabil Mustafayev Aydin was born in 23 January, 1977 year in Salah village situated in Qaraqoyunlu district of west part of Azerbaijan in the educated family.
In 1993 year after graduating secondary school N 12 in Baku, he entered to the night part of Finance and Credit department of Azerbaijan State Economic University. At the same time he earned programmer diploma on “Basic” program under Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
Qabil Mustafayev improved his professional knowledge on the construction engineering in Trabzon University in Turkey after graduating of Azerbaijan State Economic University.
The work activity of Qabil Mustafayev has begun from his student years as a worker, promoted up to chief accountant position in Material Technical Supply department of Publ ic Social Construction Trust N2.
